The concept of Gensler, the leading architects for this project, derives from the spirit of the place, the genius loci. The terraces and platforms are perched on and cut into the steep terrain on two sides of a commanding hillside. All vistas celebrate the sea dotted with offshore islands or bays; thus, the reference to guests perching on the hill and enjoying the view.

Jeffrey Beers International as interior designer takes up these architectural specifications and continues to develop them: The interior design is characterized by materials, textures, and colors that directly refer to the natural surroundings. The guests will experience interior and exterior spaces as a unity.
