Hans Rigendinger graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ) in 1969 with an MA in Civil Engineering, majoring in Structural and Foundation Engineering.

Hans Rigendinger graduated from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ) in 1969 with an MA in Civil Engineering, majoring in Structural and Foundation Engineering.
From the beginning of 1972, he has been running his own engineering firm for planning and execution with up to 40 employees. Since then, he and his company have been responsible for more than 300 bridge structures, around 500 buildings, and several industrial plants. Since 1995, he has participated in the successful realization of several real-estate projects in the fields of commercial construction, residential construction, and tourism.
In addition to his 15 years of support and the successful establishment and expansion of an industrial company in the field of waste-glass recycling, he has been involved in the Sunvesta Holding AG since 2007. Hans Rigendinger has extensive knowledge, experience, and an in-depth know-how in the fields of building construction and civil engineering, in particular in the field of supporting structures and foundations as well as in the development and promotion of industrial plants and real-estate projects.

Dr. Max Rössler studied Mathematics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ). After graduating with a PhD, he received a research assignment from NASA at Harvard University.

Dr. Max Rössler studied Mathematics at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich (ETHZ). After graduating with a PhD, he received a research assignment from NASA at Harvard University.
After his return to Switzerland, Dr. Rössler got tenure at ETH and taught and researched Applied Mathematics and Corporate Research. During this time, he began to apply mathematical methods related to financial investments.
Dr. Rössler joined Schweizerische Kreditanstalt (now Credit Suisse) in 1978 and headed its Analytics Department for fixed-income instruments. He also headed the management of investment funds in the amount of approximately CHF 12 billion. From 1997 on, Dr. Rössler worked for SUVA (Swiss National Accident Insurance Fund) for several years and was in charge of the management of part of its fixed-income investments. He currently serves on the advisory boards of Swiss private banks and he is the majority shareholder of Sunvesta Holding AG since early 2019.

Until December 2017, Humberto Pacheco was the Chairman and largest shareholder of Pacheco Coto, the oldest Costa Rican law firm, with offices in eleven countries on four continents, specializing in international asset planning.

Until December 2017, Humberto Pacheco was the Chairman and largest shareholder of Pacheco Coto, the oldest Costa Rican law firm, with offices in eleven countries on four continents, specializing in international asset planning. According to CHAMBERS GLOBAL 2013, he is “a renowned and distinguished expert in international corporate, tax, and estate planning” and “combines the best technical expertise with excellent client expertise”. This organization considers him one of the world’s top tax lawyers. In the summer of 1984, Humberto Pacheco was a scholar-in-residence at the University of California, San Diego.
In 1987, he developed a fiduciary-trust instrument, which was used by major international banks for private clients. For 40 years, he has been advising multinational individual and corporate clients as to tax-efficient structures that reduce the impact of taxation while providing effective asset protection. In 2013, in recognition of his outstanding career, CHAMBERS AND PARTNERS presented Humberto Pacheco with their Lifetime Achievement Award.
He is a founding member and three-times former president of the Costa Rican-American Chamber of Commerce- AMCHAM, founding member of AED (United Way Costa Rica) and member and sponsor of other socially responsible organizations. He is the author of numerous publications, a speaker at many well-known conferences and widely recognized as a leading authority in international corporate, tax, and estate planning.

Thomas Schmid has already accompanied several challenging strategic and architectural redesigns of unique hotel projects and been active in the management of various Swiss luxury hotels.
In Bad Ragaz (Switzerland), he played a key role in the structural and architectural adaptation of individual operational units to the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz. Later, he headed the strategic and structural reorientation of the Dolder Grand Hotel in Zurich (Switzerland), shaped the development of a new brand and organizational structure and, as its Managing Director, established the new five-star hotel on the national and international market. Thomas Schmid subsequently assumed the project management for the redesign and new construction of the four-star Dolder Waldhaus hotel in Zurich (Switzerland) and supervised the development until the building permit was obtained.
Following his commitment to the conceptual development and reconstruction of the Belvedere, a luxury hotel in Dubrovnik (Croatia), he joined Sunvesta Holding AG in September 2018 as Executive Project Manager for the project in Costa Rica.

Fabricio Bianchini Murillo graduated from the University of Costa Rica as a civil engineer in 2010. He subsequently obtained his MASc in Engineering from the University of British Columbia, majoring in Construction and Project Management.
In 2015, as part of his further training, he received his certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the internationally recognized Project Management Institute (PMI), thereby expanding his knowledge as to the management of complex projects.
Since 2010, he has been a partner in a construction company, B & M Ingeniería, owned by his family, where he has been successfully involved in several real-estate and commercial projects. He was able to apply his broad knowledge to these challenging projects and gain additional experience in civil engineering and project management.

Andrea Beck has been Executive Assistant to the CEO of Sunvesta Holding AG since 2007. In 2001, she completed her law studies at the University of Zurich. She then worked for AIG Europe Versicherungsgesellschaft and later for the Zurich District Court. In 2009, while working for Sunvesta Holding AG, Andrea Beck also completed her training as an HR specialist.

Violeta Reithaar has been Head of Accounting at Sunvesta Holding AG since 2016. In 1998, she completed her studies with a BA, majoring in Tourism/Hotel & Restaurant at the University of Economics in Varna (Bulgaria). In the following years, she acquired a lot of experience in the hotel and catering industries. In 2014, Violeta Reithaar completed her continued education and training at NBW Zurich as an Accounting Clerk and in 2015 at the STS Swiss Fiduciary School as Specialist Salary Administration.
